Basic
We manage your existing Airbnb, Booking.com or HolidayHomes listing. This includes adjusting pricing to suit the season, managing your calendar, liaising with potential and existing guests, etc.
Guest vetting – through the booking sites prior to confirming any reservation.
Premium
If you do not already have a listing, we can create one for you for a one-off fee on either one or more hosting site: Airbnb, Booking.com or HolidayHomes
We manage the booking as in the Basic package including guest vetting prior to reservation.
Your property will feature on social media marketing to increase awareness.
Platinum
In addition to the Premium package, managing the registration of the apartment with the Town Hall and the Municipality Tax services, filing necessary declarations on a 3-monthly basis, working on behalf of the owner with the building syndicate in case of a co-property building.
This package includes liaison with the utility companies (electricity, gas, water, phone) relating to contracts and interventions if needed.
